Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients on project specifications
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials/supplies
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional electrical experience
- Valid Maryland Electrician Journeyman license required
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
