Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing fixtures, pipes, and water systems
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on plumbing infrastructure
- Follow building codes, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications
- Operate power tools, diagnostic equipment, and trenching machinery
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with homeowners
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool management
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergencies
- Clean background check and drug-free workplace compliance
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
