- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites with proper equipment handling
- Complete service reports and documentation using our digital system
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Plumbing apprenticeship program preferred but not required
