Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical work
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Collaborate with team members on weekend project timelines and deliverables
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Complete detailed documentation and service reports for each project
Qualifications
- Valid Minnesota electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential and commercial electrical systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
