Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repair techniques
- Perform basic plumbing maintenance under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment properly
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Must pass background check and drug screening
