Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial pipe installations and repairs.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical schematics under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, wrenches, and threaders.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and update them on service progress.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and a commitment to professional growth.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
