Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and water heating equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes during all operations
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of tools and materials
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing certification within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley
