Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing on pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Order materials and maintain inventory of tools/equipment
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and on-the-job training modules
- Document service reports and maintain client communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Ohio plumbing license within 12 months
- No prior experience required - training provided
- Pass background check and drug screening
