Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, replace, and maintain water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure system efficiency and safety compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repairs clearly and professionally.
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and pipe repair technology.
- Adhere to all local San Jose building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations in San Jose, CA.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina.
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair is a plus.
