Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with pipe fitting, fixture installation, and repair tasks
- Perform diagnostic evaluations of plumbing systems under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read blueprints and technical schematics with guidance
- Install residential water heaters, sinks, toilets, and drainage systems
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of materials
- Participate in 24/7 emergency call rotations after training completion
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing apprentice license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
