Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection techniques
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain equipment according to safety protocols
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, appliances, and water distribution systems
- Follow building codes and safety regulations under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Houston
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 18 months
