Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under supervision
- Install and repair fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and faucets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete basic plumbing system inspections and documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
