Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in residential and commercial installations
- Perform pipe fitting, drainage systems, and fixture repairs
- Follow Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment properly
- Prepare job sites and maintain clean work environments
- Participate in ongoing skills training programs
- Document work orders and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior plumbing experience necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Massachusetts plumbing license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
