Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn and practice pipe cutting, threading, and fitting techniques
- Perform drain cleaning and sewer line inspections under supervision
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, and fixtures
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete service reports
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders
- Willingness to obtain required Texas plumbing licenses within 6 months
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
