Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture repairs under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand plumbing layouts
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with local codes
- Operate diagnostic tools and basic plumbing equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and service vehicles
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school graduates encouraged)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
