Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, fixture assembly, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Conduct basic water heater and appliance hookups
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool inventory
- Follow safety protocols and building codes for all plumbing work
- Document service reports and material usage accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to earn plumbing certifications within 6 months
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
- Must pass background check and drug screening
