Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform diagnostic testing to identify plumbing issues using industry-standard tools
- Follow blueprints and building codes for all installations and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Maintain clean and safe work sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist senior plumbers with complex projects and emergency calls
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Basic plumbing tool knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 6 months
