Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn and apply plumbing codes, safety protocols, and best practices
- Prepare job sites, including tool setup, cleanup, and material management
- Diagnose basic plumbing issues under supervision
- Install and repair fixtures, pipes, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior plumbing experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing apprentice certification
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
