Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential/commercial plumbing fixtures and systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for system layouts
- Perform preventative maintenance on water heaters, pipes, and drains
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Assist senior plumbers during complex installations and emergency repairs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Document service reports and material usage accurately
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license within 2 years
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
