Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, fixture repairs, and drain clearing techniquesMaintain job sites with safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Document service reports and inventory usage
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
- Operate diagnostic tools and equipment under supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service during service calls
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing certification
