Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting, drain cleaning, and water system diagnostics
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Build customer relationships through professional communication
- Complete training modules to advance technical skills
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain NC plumbing license within 2 years
- Background check and drug screening required
- Experience preferred but not necessary – we train!
