Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters and garbage disposals.
- Perform routine maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they become costly emergencies.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and provide detailed estimates.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to assess plumbing infrastructure.
- Manage inventory and ensure the proper maintenance of company vehicles and tools.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Pennsylvania Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in copper, PEX, and cast-iron piping; knowledge of backflow prevention and water heater installation.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Tools: Own or reliable access to a basic toolset (we provide vans and major tools).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
