Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for residential/commercial projects
- Perform basic pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning tasks
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Complete daily documentation and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge and mechanical aptitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Seattle
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
