Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Perform basic pipe fitting, soldering, threading, and copper cutting under supervision.
- Interact professionally with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
- Adhere to all local safety codes and company policies at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and a problem-solving mindset.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- No prior plumbing experience is required; we provide the training.
- Basic math skills and the ability to use hand tools.
