Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems.
- Learn to use hand and power tools, pipe wrenches, and threaders safely.
- Perform basic pipe fitting, soldering, and copper brazing under supervision.
- Interact with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Maintain a clean work area and organize tools and materials.
- Transport tools and equipment to job sites in a company van.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in tight spaces or above ground.
- Basic reading comprehension and math skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
