Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency plumbing services during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, and HVAC plumbing components
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for new construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and restock supplies at job sites
- Provide detailed reports to supervisors for billing and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience with valid Texas plumbing license
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Certification in backflow prevention or water heater installation preferred
- Experience with trenchless pipe repair methods a plus
