Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Plumbers: Shadow and support journeyman plumbers on residential and commercial service calls.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, answering questions and maintaining a professional image.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools organized, clean, and in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure job sites are left clean and safe after every repair.
- Learn Blueprints: Develop the ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints and schematics.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A high school diploma or GED is preferred; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid, clean driver’s license for travel to North Carolina sites.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent work history.
