Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Perform basic tasks such as pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Enthusiasm to learn a trade and commitment to professional growth.
