Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand piping layouts under supervision.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering as training progresses.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Transport tools and materials to job sites efficiently.
- Interact with customers professionally to explain service needs and progress.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (trade school certification is a plus).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different job sites.
