Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites and ensure all areas are left clean and organized.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints and piping layouts under the direct supervision of a Journeyman.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering as instructed by the supervisor.
- Respond to emergency service calls and assist with urgent repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to provide top-notch customer service.
