Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard diagnostic tools
- Prepare job sites and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Install pipes, fixtures, appliances, and drainage systems under supervision
- Perform routine maintenance checks and preventative plumbing services
- Document work orders and maintain inventory of plumbing materials
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
