Responsibilities
- Assess residential plumbing systems and diagnose issues under technician guidance
- Install/repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters following safety protocols
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
- Use diagnostic tools and plumbing equipment effectively
- Maintain clean job sites and inventory of tools/materials
- Document service reports and assist with customer communications
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and company standards
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we provide all training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing license within 6 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
