Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential/commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture maintenance
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Conduct basic water system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and adhere to OSHA standards
- Document work orders and service reports accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from day one
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Willingness to work flexible hours including emergency calls
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
