Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs under supervision
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues and recommend solutions
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Prepare job sites, maintain tools, and clean work areas
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – all training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass background check and drug screening
