Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under mentorship
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture issues using industry tools
- Assist with pipe fitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Complete service reports and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from scratch!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
