Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and technology
- Perform pipefitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Develop customer service skills through client interactions and consultations
- Participate in hands-on training sessions to master plumbing techniques
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skill assessments
- Contribute to emergency plumbing services as part of on-call rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to participate in paid apprenticeship program
