Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Gain hands-on experience by supporting lead plumbers on residential and commercial repair calls.
- System Installation: Learn to install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose basic plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and low water pressure under supervision.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize plumbing tools and equipment to ensure efficiency on the job site.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients professionally, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Driver's License: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new techniques quickly.
