Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Technicians: Support experienced plumbers with installations, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks on residential and commercial sites.
- Tool Management: Learn to operate and maintain a wide variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret basic technical drawings and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by gathering materials, clearing debris, and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain services and answer questions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety standards.
- Experience: No prior plumbing experience necessary; we train our own.
