Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations, including outlets, switches, lighting, and circuit breakers.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical systems under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Use hand and power tools correctly to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
