Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and technical drawings under supervision.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and fitting tasks using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all work sites are cleaned up and organized after every job to maintain safety standards.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites as directed.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project progress.
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience is required; we are looking for eager learners.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to pass a basic background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Must be detail-oriented and committed to learning the trade.
