Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Perform basic diagnostic tasks to identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues efficiently.
- Adhere to all local and state building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines during every job.
- Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in a clear manner and providing top-tier customer service.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and job site areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Transport materials and supplies to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
- Willingness to obtain necessary plumbing licenses and certifications within the training period.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple blueprints or instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
