Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial settings
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs during night shifts
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Conduct pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture installations
- Document work orders and maintain service records
- Collaborate with journeymen plumbers for complex projects
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification (provided if not held)
