Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure compliance with Washington State plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with electricians/contractors
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proper tool usage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license (journeyman/master)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
- Experience with trenchless technology and eco-friendly solutions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Background check and drug screen required
