Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify plumbing issues
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systemsFollow safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train motivated candidates
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours and emergency calls
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
