Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn to diagnose and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool inventory
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all apprentices
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Arizona residency required for licensing sponsorship
