Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe unclogging, and fixture replacements
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for system layouts
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with building codes
- Operate specialized tools including pipe cutters, drain snakes, and hydro-jets
- Assist senior plumbers on complex projects and emergency calls
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of parts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to job sites across LA County
- No prior experience necessary – training provided!
