Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Perform basic pipe fitting and fixture repairs under supervision
- Learn and adhere to OSHA safety standards and local building codes
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide courteous customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
