Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture assembly, and material handling
- Conduct preliminary inspections and report findings to senior plumbers
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Complete training modules to develop technical skills progressively
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train you!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites in San Jose area
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) and occasional holidays
