Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn and use specialized tools safely (pipe cutters, wrenches, drain snakes)
- Perform diagnostic inspections under supervision to identify leaks and blockages
- Install fixtures, pipes, and water systems following blueprints and codes
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing regulations and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate project progress
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment after each job
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergencies
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Houston/Florida
- Pass background check and drug screening
