Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system repairs
- Perform drain cleaning, leak detection, and water heater maintenance
- Follow blueprints and plumbing codes for residential/commercial projects
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment safely
- Maintain clean job sites and inventory of plumbing materials
- Complete training modules to advance toward journeyman status
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED required)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- No plumbing experience required – training provided
- Basic tool handling knowledge preferred
